How do we use and hold your data and how is it protected?
Pigment + Paper collect information from you to fulfil your order. This information is provided through the website, or directly via email. This data includes the personal information that you have given us about yourselves, contact details,and details of your event. This data is protected by password, and only accessed by us here at Pigment + Paper. The printing files are then sent to our printers, who will seethe printed personal information.The website also collects cookies, which the user can disable on their first visit to the website.Cookies are small pieces of data which track the user’s interactions and usage of the website which allows the website to tailor the needs of the clients visiting.
How long do we have your data for?
Pigment + Paper holds your data up to the date of your event and for six months following, at which point emails and text files are deleted. Pigment + Paper retains prints of your stationery for their portfolio, to photograph (with contact information deleted/hidden) and to take to wedding fayres for promotional purposes. If you would rather Pigment + Paper did not photograph or use your stationery for promotional purposes, please let us know when contacting us.
Designs will be retained for future use at the discretion of Pigment + Paper.
How do we share your data with partners?
Pigment + Paper share your personal information (only that that is printed onto your stationery) with my printers, as they see your files prior to printing. We will never sell or disclose any of your information to any third parties that aren’t essential to fulfilling your order.
How can you remove your data?
Just send us an email and we will remove it for you.
