If you have a rush order, please let us know and we’ll let you know if it is possible to meet your deadline, though there will be a rush charge. Please ask before purchasing online for Rush Orders.
Once you have purchased your stationery, we will email you a form to gather the information required to fulfil your order.

Proof Approvals

Pigment + Paper provide sketch layouts upon initial booking for Bespoke Suites, and three free rounds of proof revisions. Studio Collections will receive two rounds of free revisions. Any further proofs will be charged at £15 per time.
When you receive your printing proofs, it is vital that you check them for any error in wording, layout and spelling. By approving this final proof, you take responsibility for the print layout and wording as shown. If any errors are discovered after printing, the reprints will be treated as a new order and charged in full. If it is at the error of Pigment + Paper then we will offer a reprint.

Pigment + Paper holds all copyright for artwork, designs and stationery. Neither you, nor a third party, may copy or reproduce the design in any way without written permission of Pigment + Paper.
Any improper or illegal use will be pursued.
If you request a customisation to our Studio Collections, Pigment + Paper retain the right to offer this design to other clients after your event has taken place.
If you would like any readings, hymns, poems and songs included in your stationery designs it is your responsibility to obtain the correct copyright and licensing.

Pigment + Paper retains prints of your stationery for their portfolio, to photograph for social media and their website, and to take to wedding fayres for promotional purposes. If you would rather Pigment + Paper did not photograph or use your stationery for promotional purposes, please let us know.
Designs will be retained for future use at the discretion of Pigment + Paper.

Payment is required before work begins. All printing fees will be invoiced prior to us sending your files to print.

Bespoke Fee

Your bespoke fee will be agreed at the sketch stage of your stationery. Once we have decided this, any further designs or illustrations will be charged separately.

Bespoke Terms

Before Bespoke work begins, we require 50% of the bespoke fee. The remaining 50% will be paid prior to printing, along with printing costs.
Bespoke orders will receive initial proofs, and two free amendments to the proofs. Any amendments thereafter will be chargeable at £15/proof. Any changes that involve extra illustrations will be charged at an hourly rate, which will be discussed prior to commencement.
Pigment + Paper reserve the right to offer elements of your design (not the whole design!) to other clients. If you would like to purchase exclusivity to all elements of your design, there is a one-off fee of £250. Venue illustrations will be offered to other couples getting married at the same venue.

Printing and Paper Variations

Please remember that all screens, papers and printers are different and so the finished product may not look exactly like it looks on your screen. If you require more digitally printed items at a later date, after your initial print run, we cannot guarantee that they will be colour matched exactly.
Our Khadi Paper invitations are hand-finished in studio, so, along with Khadi paper being a handmade and very textured paper, we also hand-tear them. This is arguably the beauty of these invitations, but means that they will not always be exactly square/flat/equal. Please keep this in mind when choosing this paper type.

We send all of our parcels through Royal Mail or courier. Please make sure that the address you have provided us with is correct, and make sure that you have your systems in place for when you’re not in - whether that’s a ‘safe place’, with a neighbour, or redelivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any delivery issues caused by client error.

Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns for stationery. However if there are any problems with your order do let us know within two days of delivery and we will do our best to offer a solution.
